\nO DIRETOR-GERAL DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS, no uso da compet\u00eancia que lhe \u00e9 conferida pelo inciso IV do art. 20<\/a> do Regimento Interno, resolve, ad referendum da Diretoria Colegiada:
\n3.1. autorizar a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de Acordo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica junto ao Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social (BNDES), com o objetivo de promover estudos voltados \u00e0 melhoria da infraestrutura das hidrovias brasileiras e do transporte sustent\u00e1vel, nos termos do Acordo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica-MINUTA SEEP (SEI n\u00ba 2298218) e Plano de Trabalho-MINUTA SEEP (SEI n\u00ba 2300848).
