\nO DIRETOR-GERAL DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS, no uso da compet\u00eancia que lhe \u00e9 conferida pelo \u00a0inciso IV do art. 20<\/a> do Regimento Interno, resolve, ad referendum da Diretoria Colegiada:
\n3.1. conhecer do pedido de medida cautelar SEI 2320122, protocolado pela empresa CMA CGM AS, representada por CMA CGM do Brasil Ag\u00eancia Mar\u00edtima Ltda., para, no m\u00e9rito, indeferi-lo integralmente;
\n3.2. determinar \u00e0 Superintend\u00eancia de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das Unidades regionais que apure, em sede de den\u00fancia, os fatos narrados pela requerente e promova a oitiva da Companhia Docas do Par\u00e1; e
\n3.3. cientificar a interessada acerca da presente decis\u00e3o.
\n4. esta Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o tem vig\u00eancia imediata, a partir da sua assinatura.
