\nO DIRETOR-GERAL SUBSTITUTO DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS, no uso da compet\u00eancia que lhe \u00e9 conferida pelo inciso III\u00a0 do \u00a7 1\u00ba do\u00a0 art. 12<\/a> do Regimento Interno, resolve, ad referendum da Diretoria Colegiada:
\n3.1.indeferir o pleito de proced\u00eancia da Almeida Prado e Hoffmann Advogados Associados, Louren\u00e7o Ribeiro Advogados e Neowise Consultoria, Engenharia e Neg\u00f3cios para reabertura Audi\u00eancia P\u00fablica n\u00ba 02\/2025, uma vez que a mat\u00e9ria tratada no processo n\u00ba 50300.023843\/2021-19 j\u00e1 foi deliberada pela Diretoria Colegiada desta ANTAQ, com vistas \u00e0 continuidade dos tr\u00e2mites do processo licitat\u00f3rio, conforme Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o-DG n\u00ba 38\/2025<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0(SEI 2568604); e
\n3.2.cientificar as interessadas acerca da presente decis\u00e3o.
