\n3.Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o:
\nO DIRETOR-GERAL SUBSTITUTO DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS, no uso da compet\u00eancia que lhe \u00e9 conferida pelo inciso III\u00a0 do \u00a7 1\u00ba do\u00a0 art. 12<\/a>\u00a0do Regimento Interno, resolve, ad referendum da Diretoria Colegiada:
\n3.1.autorizar a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de contrato de uso n\u00e3o oneroso entre a Portos RS e a Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Alegre, cujo objeto \u00e9 a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea denominada POA23, pelo prazo de 10 (dez) meses, com a finalidade de instala\u00e7\u00e3o de canteiro de obras para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o emergencial das obras de fechamento e instala\u00e7\u00e3o de comportas no dique da Avenida Castelo Branco;
\n3.2.determinar que a Superintend\u00eancia de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das Unidades Regionais – SFC acompanhe os desdobramentos da presente delibera\u00e7\u00e3o; e
\n3.3.cientificar a Portos RS e a Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Alegre acerca da presente decis\u00e3o.
\n4.esta Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o tem vig\u00eancia imediata, a partir da sua assinatura.
