Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o:<br \/>\nO DIRETOR-GERAL DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS, no uso da compet\u00eancia que lhe \u00e9 conferida pelo inciso III do \u00a7 1\u00ba do art. 12 do Regimento Interno e considerando os votos proferidos pelos diretores da Ag\u00eancia na aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta por ele apresentada, na qualidade de Relator da mat\u00e9ria, resolve, ad referendum da Diretoria Colegiada:<br \/>\n3.1. restituir os autos ao Minist\u00e9rio de Portos e Aeroportos informando que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 \u00f3bices por parte desta Ag\u00eancia Reguladora quanto \u00e0 celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do 2\u00ba Termo Aditivo ao Conv\u00eanio de Delega\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 016\/2000 &#8211; EMAP (SEI n\u00ba 2753362).<br \/>\n4.
