O DIRETOR-GERAL SUBSTITUTO DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE\u00a0TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS – ANTAQ, no uso da compet\u00eancia que lhe \u00e9 conferida\u00a0pelo art. 54, inciso\u00a0IV<\/a>, do Regimento Interno, considerando o que consta do processo n\u00ba\u00a050300.001367\/2009-81, ad referendum da Diretoria, RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 1.947-ANTAQ, DE 26 DE JANEIRO DE 2011. \nResolve:
\nArt. 1\u00ba Autorizar, visando n\u00e3o interromper a opera\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria, a\u00a0Companhia Docas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo a celebrar contrato emergencial com a\u00a0empresa arrendat\u00e1ria, VOPAK BRASIL S\/A, sendo o instrumento v\u00e1lido por 180 (cento\u00a0e oitenta) dias, constituindo-se em seu objeto, apenas os bens e servi\u00e7os necess\u00e1rios\u00a0ao atendimento da situa\u00e7\u00e3o emergencial, ficando vedada a sua prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o, e ainda,\u00a0que o mesmo poder\u00e1 ser rescindido antes de expirado o seu prazo, caso cesse a\u00a0situa\u00e7\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia, isto \u00e9, quando n\u00e3o mais vigorarem as determina\u00e7\u00f5es tanto da\u00a0Justi\u00e7a Federal (1\u00aa Vara Federal da Se\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria de Santos), quanto do Tribunal de\u00a0Contas da Uni\u00e3o, respectivamente, na A\u00e7\u00e3o Cautelar n\u00ba 0009105-51.2010.4.03.6104, e\u00a0no TC n\u00ba 004.467\/2010-8 (v. Of\u00edcio 610\/2010-TCU\/SEFID, de 20\/12\/2010).
\nArt. 2\u00ba Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o no Di\u00e1rio\u00a0Oficial da Uni\u00e3o.
