\nArt. 1\u00ba Autorizar a empresa NAVEMAZ\u00d4NIA NAVEGA\u00c7\u00c3O LTDA., CNPJ\u00a0n\u00ba 02.003.338\/0001-22, com sede na rua Pajur\u00e1, n\u00ba 103, sala 2, Bairro Vila Buriti,\u00a0Manaus-AM, a operar, por prazo indeterminado, como empresa brasileira de\u00a0navega\u00e7\u00e3o, na navega\u00e7\u00e3o interior de percurso longitudinal, na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os\u00a0de transporte de petr\u00f3leo a granel, derivados de petr\u00f3leo, \u00e1lcool anidro e \u00e1lcool\u00a0hidratado, na BACIA AMAZ\u00d4NICA, nos trechos interestaduais de compet\u00eancia da\u00a0Uni\u00e3o, na forma e condi\u00e7\u00f5es fixadas em Termo de Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> pertinente.
