LOPES BRAGA &#8211; ME<br \/>\nCNPJ: 05.035.851\/0001-93<br \/>\nProcesso n\u00ba: 50307.002567\/2014-58<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">O Chefe da UNIDADE REGIONAL DE PORTO VELHO, da AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE\u00a0TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS &#8211; ANTAQ, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o\u00a0conferidas pelo Regimento Interno, conforme an\u00e1lise dos fatos apurados nos autos do\u00a0Processo Administrativo Sancionador n\u00ba 50307.002567\/2014-58, instaurado em\u00a019\/11\/2014, decide aplicar \u00e0 empresa J.
