ANTAQ, do exame acurado dos autos e no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pelo Regimento Interno da ANTAQ, DECIDE aplicar a penalidade de MULTA PECUNI\u00c1RIA no valor de R$ 14.625,00 (catorze mil, seiscentos e vinte e cinco reais) \u00e0 empresa ANT\u00d4NIO CARLOS TRANSPORTES MAR\u00cdTIMOS LTDA, CNPJ 31.837.149\/0001-53; sendo R$ 2.250,00 (dois mil duzentos e cinquenta reais) pela infra\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no <a title=\"IV - omitir, retardar ou, por qualquer forma, prejudicar o fornecimento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es ou de documentos solicitados pela ANTAQ (Advert\u00eancia e\/ou Multa de at\u00e9 R$ 15.000,00 por quinzena de atraso ou fra\u00e7\u00e3o);\" href=\"http:\/\/pesquisa.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/jsp\/visualiza\/index.jsp?data=20\/06\/2012&amp;jornal=1&amp;pagina=110&amp;totalArquivos=232\">inciso IV do art. 21<\/a>\u00a0da norma aprovada pela <a href=\"http:\/\/pesquisa.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/jsp\/visualiza\/index.jsp?jornal=1&amp;pagina=109&amp;data=20\/06\/2012\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 2.510-ANTAQ<\/a>, R$ 5.500,00 (cinco mil e quinhentos reais) pela infra\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no <a title=\"I - n\u00e3o cumprir a determina\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida nos incisos do artigo 9\u00ba da presente Norma (Advert\u00eancia e\/ou Multa de at\u00e9 R$ 2.000,00 por quinzena de atraso ou fra\u00e7\u00e3o);
