ALMEIDA TRANSPORTE E COM\u00c9RCIO &#8211; ME<br \/>\nCNPJ: 15.414.672\/0001-10<br \/>\nProcesso n\u00ba: 50305.000108\/2015-31<br \/>\nAuto de Infra\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 001319-6<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">A CHEFE DA UNIDADE REGIONAL DE BEL\u00c9M DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS &#8211; ANTAQ, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pelo Regimento Interno, em observ\u00e2ncia ao procedimento ditado pela <a href=\"http:\/\/legislacao.planalto.gov.br\/legisla\/legislacao.nsf\/Viw_Identificacao\/lei%209.784-1999?OpenDocument\">Lei n\u00ba 9.784\/99<\/a> e <a href=\"http:\/\/pesquisa.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/jsp\/visualiza\/index.jsp?jornal=1&amp;pagina=6&amp;data=03\/02\/2014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 3.259-ANTAQ<\/a>, com base na an\u00e1lise dos fatos apurados no processo em ep\u00edgrafe, consolidados no PATI-000012-2015-UARBL, considerando a subsist\u00eancia do Auto de Infra\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 001319-6, DECIDE: aplicar a penalidade de MULTA PECUNI\u00c1RIA no valor total de R$ 1.009,80\u00a0(hum mil e nove reais e oitenta centavos) \u00e0 empresa J. R. ALMEIDA TRANSPORTE E COM\u00c9RCIO-ME, por cometimento do previsto no <a title=\"XXIII - deixar de prestar informa\u00e7\u00f5es de natureza t\u00e9cnica, operacional, econ\u00f4mica, financeira, jur\u00eddica e cont\u00e1bil, vinculadas \u00e0 autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, nos prazos que lhe forem assinalados, ou ainda, omitir, retardar ou, por qualquer forma, prejudicar o fornecimento das referidas informa\u00e7\u00f5es (Multa de at\u00e9 R$ 3.000,00); \" href=\"http:\/\/pesquisa.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/jsp\/visualiza\/index.jsp?data=28\/11\/2007&amp;jornal=1&amp;pagina=171&amp;totalArquivos=216\">art. 20, inciso XXIII<\/a> da Norma aprovada pela <a href=\"http:\/\/pesquisa.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/jsp\/visualiza\/index.jsp?data=28\/11\/2007&amp;jornal=1&amp;pagina=168&amp;totalArquivos=216\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 912-ANTAQ<\/a>.
