NORMAS DE APLICA\u00c7\u00c3O<br \/>\n3.1. Estar\u00e3o isentas do pagamento desta tabela, as embarca\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o sejam empregadas no com\u00e9rcio mar\u00edtimo ou no apoio mar\u00edtimo, \u00e0s embarca\u00e7\u00f5es empregadas na navega\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio portu\u00e1rio, as embarca\u00e7\u00f5es de exclusiva configura\u00e7\u00e3o de turismo e de recreio, bem como aquelas cuja isen\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista em lei;<br \/>\n3.2. O item 2.4 somente ser\u00e1 aplicado para as embarca\u00e7\u00f5es que se utilizarem das facilidades desta tabela, exclusivamente para abastecimento e\/ou reparo, sendo cobrado pela entrada da embarca\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>\n3.3. O item 2.5 tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 aplicado \u00e0s embarca\u00e7\u00f5es &#8220;fora de servi\u00e7o&#8221; de acordo com a licen\u00e7a expedida pela Autoridade Mar\u00edtima (Regulamento do Tr\u00e1fego Mar\u00edtimo &#8211; item 207 e seus incisos);<br \/>\n3.4. O item 2.5 ser\u00e1 aplicado tamb\u00e9m \u00e0s embarca\u00e7\u00f5es que demandarem os fundeadouros do Porto do Rio de Janeiro, fora das condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas no artigo 25 do Regulamento de Explora\u00e7\u00e3o dos Portos Organizados, desde o seu ingresso nas \u00e1reas de fundeio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">TABELA II<br \/>\nUTILIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DA INFRAESTRUTURA PORTU\u00c1RIA<br \/>\nINSTALA\u00c7\u00d5ES DE ACOSTAGEM<br \/>\nEsta tabela remunerar\u00e1 as facilidades portu\u00e1rias constitu\u00eddas, conforme a instala\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria espec\u00edfica utilizada, tais como dolfins, cais, piers, defensas, etc.<br \/>\n1. Valor a ser cobrado ao requisitante, na atraca\u00e7\u00e3o da embarca\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\n2. Cobran\u00e7a (R$)<br \/>\n2.1. Por navio, por per\u00edodo de 06 (seis) horas ou fra\u00e7\u00e3o &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; 899,05<br \/>\n3. NORMAS DE APLICA\u00c7\u00c3O<br \/>\n3.1. S\u00e3o isentas de pagamento desta tabela os navios de guerra quando em opera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o comercial e outras embarca\u00e7\u00f5es previstas em lei, operando a contra bordo;<br \/>\n3.2. O servi\u00e7o requisitado, quando n\u00e3o utilizado em efetiva opera\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 pass\u00edvel de penaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica;<br \/>\n3.3. No caso de embarca\u00e7\u00f5es de apoio portu\u00e1rio, os valores desta tabela ser\u00e3o cobrados do requisitante com redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 95% (noventa e cinco por cento);<br \/>\n3.4. No caso das embarca\u00e7\u00f5es de exclusiva configura\u00e7\u00e3o de turismo e de recreio, os valores desta tabela ser\u00e3o cobrados do requisitante com redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 50% (cinquenta por cento);<br \/>\n3.5. Na apura\u00e7\u00e3o da fra\u00e7\u00e3o de per\u00edodo prevista nesta tabela, haver\u00e1 uma toler\u00e2ncia de at\u00e9 60 minutos, ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, exclusivamente para o preparo da desatraca\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>\n3.6. Os valores desta tabela ser\u00e3o cobrados em dobro, sempre que a embarca\u00e7\u00e3o permanecer atracada, por sua conveni\u00eancia ou responsabilidade, sem movimentar carga ou passageiros, por tempo superior a 3 (tr\u00eas) horas consecutivas em cada per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">TABELA III<br \/>\nUTILIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DA INFRAESTRUTURA PORTU\u00c1RIA<br \/>\nINSTALA\u00c7\u00d5ES TERRESTRES E FACILIDADES<br \/>\nEsta tabela remunerar\u00e1 a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura operacional terrestre, mantida pela CDRJ, colocada \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es portu\u00e1rias, tais como: inspetorias operacionais e controle\/ confer\u00eancia, pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, acessos e arruamentos, \u00e1reas de estacionamentos, linhas f\u00e9rreas e de guindastes, instala\u00e7\u00f5es e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica necess\u00e1ria aos diversos equipamentos e ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o externa, seguran\u00e7a, redes de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, esgoto, \u00e1gua e combate a inc\u00eandio.<br \/>\n1.
