DELIBERA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 69, DE 20 DE ABRIL DE 2021 (Tornada sem efeito pela Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o-DG n\u00ba 98<\/a>, de 17 de maio de 2021)<\/p>\n

O DIRETOR-GERAL DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS – ANTAQ, no uso da compet\u00eancia que lhe \u00e9 conferida pelo inciso IV do art. 20<\/a> do Regimento Interno, considerando o que consta do Processo n\u00ba 50300.006409\/2021-66 e tendo em vista a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o por parte do Superintendente de Outorgas, conforme delega\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancia contida na Portaria n\u00ba 236\/2019-DG, resolve:
\nArt. 1\u00ba Declarar extinta, por ren\u00fancia, a outorga de titularidade da empresa ALFAMAR SERVI\u00c7OS E LOG\u00cdSTICA LTDA., CNPJ n\u00ba 13.233.384\/0001-34, de que trata o Termo de Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 1.515-ANTAQ e a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 5.896-ANTAQ<\/a>, sem preju\u00edzo de que sejam levadas a efeito eventuais san\u00e7\u00f5es a serem apuradas em regular processo administrativo.
\nArt. 2\u00ba Esta Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o – DOU.
