A OPERAR, POR PRAZO\u00a0INDETERMINADO, COMO EMPRESA\u00a0BRASILEIRA DE NAVEGA\u00c7\u00c3O.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O DIRETOR-GERAL DA AG\u00caNCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES\u00a0AQUAVI\u00c1RIOS-ANTAQ, no uso da compet\u00eancia que lhe \u00e9 conferida pelo\u00a0<a title=\"IV - expedir os atos administrativos de compet\u00eancia da ANTAQ; \" href=\"http:\/\/pesquisa.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/jsp\/visualiza\/index.jsp?data=25\/08\/2014&amp;jornal=1&amp;pagina=4&amp;totalArquivos=132\">inciso IV do art. 20<\/a>\u00a0do Regimento Interno, considerando o que consta do processo n\u00ba\u00a050300.000171\/2015-17 e o que foi deliberado pela Diretoria Colegiada em sua 383\u00aa\u00a0Reuni\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria, realizada em 4 de maio de 2015,<br \/>\nResolve:<br \/>\nArt. 1\u00ba Autorizar a empresa MARGEO SERVI\u00c7OS E FRETAMENTO DE\u00a0EMBARCA\u00c7\u00d5ES E EQUIPAMENTOS LTDA. EPP., CNPJ n\u00ba 07.992.744\/0001-89,\u00a0com sede na r.
